Anna is a human bully. She bullies Prunella Deegan for being a "rat", though she is actually a poodle (Prunella the Sewer Rat).
Anna is the first human featured in Elwood and the Arthur show itself.

Anna's shirt reads Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman, which is a show that airs on PBS, the same channel as Arthur. The winner of season one of Fetch! was named Anna. In the episode The Mystery of the Missing Thing in the Haunted Castle, Anna screams "Ew, it's a rat..." when she is clearly holding a snake.
