Comrade Anteater[1] was a Russian-language web comic adapted from Elwood. The first and only issue was an adaptation of Issue 197 and was released on January 10, 2019.
Almost immediately after the first issue was released, Comrade Anteater was cancelled. Creator Samuel Anderson issued an apology: "We're sorry to announce that Comrade Anteater has been cancelled due to complaints from the Putin administration."[1]
