Elwood City General Hospital is the main hospital in Elwood City. It has a "Drama Ward" that specializes in medical drama. The hospital has been featured in many issues, mostly after a traumatic event. The hospital treated the Reads after they were mauled by Thora's dog Killer. D.W. had an emergency arm transplant after her arm was chopped off by Pickles. The hospital was overflowing with patients in the weeks following the Inter-Species Revolution. Marina Datillo was also temporarily cured of her blindness by Dr. House.
