Lance Armstrong (born September 18, 1971) is a former cyclist, based on the real person. He was the winner of the Tour de France seven times until in 2012, when it was discovered that he had been using steroids to boost his performance, Lance was stripped of all seven titles and banned from cycling forever. He was Binky's idol until Binky discovered Lance's secrets.

Lance had a promising career as a cyclist, and he went on to win the Tour de France seven times. In 1996, he was "diagnosed" with cancer (however, it is revealed that he faked it the whole time just so people would like him) (Lance's Legacy). He apparently conquered the disease.
He formally retired from cycling in 2011, but in 2012 investigations uncovered that he had been cheating the whole time, using steroids to boost his performance. He was stripped of all seven titles and banned from cycling forever.
