Mrs. Powers is the mother of Alan "The Brain" Powers. She was the owner and manager of Powers' Ice Cream before it went out of business (Alan's Plea).
Mrs. Powers appears again in Alan's Existential Crisis, when she finds her son about to consume toxic chemicals because he thinks his life is meaningless.
